On the way down the street greeting with the head who crosses me. Some return the gesture, others seem too self -absorbed in their thoughts. I don't mind. I like to give smiles, even if they are fleeting. You never know when a simple sample of kindness can illuminate someone's day. The wind stolves my hair and I breathe deep, enjoying fresh air. Today is a good day, like so many others, because I have decided that it is.
